FASS-DRI Pavement Sealer Additive is the result of an exciting break-through in additive chemistry. It enables you to open parking lots to traffic in as little as 30 minutes. Jobs can be completed faster – lots can be striped quicker for reduced down times.
Packaging: In convenient easy-to-handle 2-gallon pails, or conventional 5-gallon pails.
Suggested Formula Range: Add 2 gallons of Fass-Dri PSA to 100-150 gallons of concentrated sealer. Add water and sand per manufacturer’s recommendation.

This 2024 season for us in upstate NY has been a ruff one with all the rain showers popping up ( as i type this now ) in the afternoons . We needed to get a better game plan and after talking with the owner of maint inc about his product line he suggested this option . It has a lot of good quality's and benefits to AE sealer . The speed up dry time to be rain safe is now an average of 45min in the heat of the day . I have tested this on my personal driveway before customers to pin point the dry time after 12 in the afternoon to be safe for my needs . This product also thickens up the AE sealer for a more old school fell and thickness build up . And the sand suspension properties is amazing for a LOT less drop out and sand required to use . We have done a few parking lots and opened them in 12-16 hr's just to be safe and zero problems to report . I will be using this in all my jobs from now on no questions asked . These pics are of a 3 year old 1st sealed from new . the level of black in the sealer now with the additive is huge compared to straight sealer . Also the dry time as i said is fast after mid day heat . Not even 15 min from left side to right and its set off and safe from rain showers .
