Formulated as a super-concentrated, water-based latex, it effectively grabs and locks down oil and grease residues to prevent bleeding, disbonding, and sealer failure.
When applied before coal tar sealer, Minco Oil Spot Sealer prevents the finished sealer film from peeling or separating over oil-contaminated areas—ensuring a uniform, long-lasting surface.
