Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Ensure surface is dry and free of debris
• Remove loose or peeling paint before recoating
• Allow new asphalt or concrete to cure 30 days
• Avoid freshly sealed surfaces
• Power wash heavily contaminated areas if needed

Weather & Environmental Conditions

• Apply only when temperature is above 60°F
• Avoid humidity above 80%
• No rain within 24 hours
• Do not apply during evening/night when temperatures drop

Optional Additives

• Glass beads for reflectivity
• G3 anti-slip composite for traction enhancement
• No reduction required before application.

Equipment Recommendations

• Use stainless steel or non-reactive containers
• Airless tip size: .019" – .021"
• Air-atomized tip size: .086" – .11" at 60 PSI
