Each package includes 12 pails with 4 rolls each, totaling 2,400 lineal feet of over-banding material, making it ideal for commercial, municipal, and industrial pavement maintenance.

QuikJoint eliminates the labor, mess, and specialized tools required by traditional tar kettles or pour pots, while providing durable, waterproof seals that prevent water penetration and pavement deterioration.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure pavement is clean, dry, and free of dust. Surface temperature should be 40ºF (4.4ºC) or higher.
2. Fill cracks wider than 1/16" with an approved crack filler.
3. Peel approximately 1 foot of the white release liner and position the exposed compound on the joint or crack.
4. Press the strip into place while slowly peeling the liner, covering the entire area.
5. Apply heat using a propane torch until the clear plastic melts and the compound liquefies and bonds.
6. Area may be top-coated with sand, sealer, or opened to traffic within minutes.

Note: QuikJoint is designed for over-banding cracks and joints, not as a structural membrane. Cracks should be pre-filled before application.
